This is a listing of different HuMandalas. Usually, they are done in conjunction with each other and rhythms of nature in 'vinyasa' or dance, like, flows. Great before a meal or collaborative activity, on the peak of a mountain or sacred site, and anytime to connect and cultivate good energy!

Galactic Mayan Spiral

(Up to approx. 26 people)

This is a sacred connection of the Maya, Hopi and Tibetan cultures, among others. We can see the geometries of the galaxy, DNA and the whirlwinds of energy that move through all things. Give love to the spiral of creation by bringing your other hand to your hearts and send your co-created, healing energy field to the world!

Water Crystal Connection
(Star Tetrahedron Activation)

(3 person)

Connect with the galactic spiral, amplify the energy by creating a tetrahedron with thumbs to connect with what it above and the masculine aspects of creation. With the other hand, create another spiral tetrahedron upside-down to connect with the earth and feminine aspects of creation. Check out the Sacred Geometry page for more info!

 

Connected Peace Star

(Up to 12 people)

Connect the 'Peaces'and send this beautiful peace mandala to the space and the world!

 

Triple Tree Pose

(3-5 people)

This is a connected 'Tree' pose or 'Vrikasana Mandala,' one of many HuMandala Yoga connections. There are full HuMandala Yoga routines to strengthen, energize and have fun!

 

Heaven and Earth Connection

(3-6 people)

Connect our prayers and create a pyramid to connect to the earth. Seperate into each other and let the flower unfold into a heavenly connected pyramid. Then send a 'Heart Charger' around.

 

Pentacle Spiral

(5 people)

Connect with the galactic spiral, amplify the energy by extending the index fingers and connecting with someone else's thumb, creating a star. It's nice to then connect the points of the star to our third eye's (Between our eye brows). Great for telepsychic cultivation. This photo is on Mt. Sri Yantra Mudra

(2 people)

Connect with traditional vedic sacred geometry. Sri Yantra is often found in pictures of Hindu dieties. It seems that the gods and goddesses meditate and pray with the Sri Yantra. It represents balanced male/female, heaven/earth, yin/yang, wealth and beauty.

 

'Heart Charger

(3-6 people)

Connect with a HuMandala, then pass the balaced, universal, healing energy around to each individual. Then send the energy beyond the physical form and through energetic space, charging all the other forms within the space (ie. trees, people, air and water). It's fun to incorporate other massage/energy healing techniques as well!

 

Wheel of Creation'

(5 people)

This is a mudra mandala. Mudras are techniques of Vedic Hand Yoga. Each hand posture has specific meaning and healing power. When we connect our mudras, the collective energy is amplified and we can send this force to the planet and people.

 

'Shivasana Mandala'

(Can expand with any number of people)

Also know in Tibetan culture as a 'Prayer Wheel' This is a great way to ground the energy at the end of a workshop.
