Flow Fest was great, as always. I love sharing humandalas with so many people throughout the weekend and during the workshop on Saturday. The music is the best part of Flow Fest.. Uplifting and energizing, then finished with the Bana Kuma, an epic African Ceremony, calling in the elements with drumming, song and dance.
